John Belsham was one of 4 vintners in New Zealand, to craft single vineyard wine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 1992. His continued work, represents a generation of care, commitment and refinement that has helped lay the foundations for New Zealand to become a world-class winemaking nation.
Hand-picked grapes were gently pressed and vinified by indigenous yeast in large French oak barrels. After bottling, the wines were aged in the cellar to allow layers of complexity to develop.
