At Fox, we craft a collection of vegan, sustainably produced wines that celebrate the land and its people. Our spirit embodies sensitive and sustainable farming, a gentle hand in winemaking and giving for good along the way. A portion of every Fox purchase is donated to support re-forestation and waterway improvement projects.
Delicious flavours of cherry, berry and spice have depth, whilst the youthful style is a delight to drink.
Enjoy with vegetarian, fish and poultry dishes. Great with pizza and dark chocolate too!
Ideal serving temperature 16°C.
Serving Tip:
Pinot Noir is always better when served slightly cooler or at cellar temperatures as the bouquet and flavours are more vibrant and lifted. At home, put your Pinot Noir in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or if in a restaurant, have your server put it on ice if it is too warm.
If the wine gets too cold, it will come up to temp in the glass within a few minutes.
