Foxes Island Dry Riesling 2013

Cellared for five years prior to release, the 2013 Dry Riesling is decidedly focused and finely textured; perfectly capturing the stony vineyard in which it grows.

Aromas of citrus blossom and ripe nectarine fill the glass whilst flavors of white peach, lime, and wet stone flavors are accented with a slight hint of fennel. The focused length and fresh acidity make this wine extremely versatile.

Enjoy as an aperitif or with spicy, curried, and salty foods; from potato chips to salads, egg dishes, and grilled seafood.
